About Ray
Singing at an early age, as well as studying opera and violin, Ray was a natural country singer. In fact, his stepfather later said, "I teach my son to sing the opera, but he ended up singing the Grand Ole Opry®."

He later went on to study medicine in college where he met some musicians who were looking for a singer. As life can take unexpected turns, Ray ended up playing with them, recording a demo, and the rest is history.
